The memory foam eases the strain on my wrist to give me longer use without feeling strained. I like the 2-in-1 feature: mouse pad plus wrist rest.

I had an over 10 year old cushioned mouse pad that needed to be replaced. Between tossing that one and purchasing this one, I went about three months without a mouse pad at all. I was very happy to get this new one. I have a 'regular' mouse at work and end up resting my arm on my desk, sometimes for extended periods of time, depending on what I am working on, so having this cushioned mouse pad makes a huge difference for my wrist.
